Just like the National
FFA, the Sand Rock High School FFA Chapter is full of rich history and traditions also. The Sand Rock High School FFA Chapter
was formed by Mr. J.R. Nutt in 1937 with 29 members. Since then the chapter has progressed in leaps and bounds. Today the
Sand Rock High School FFA chapter takes a yearly trip to the National FFA Convention, has state and national finalists in
CDE’s (Career Development Events) and proficiency awards, and has a yearly average of about 75 members.
